Genuine MAZDA Parts Warranty

If you purchase genuine Mazda new or remanufactured parts at our Asheville, NC Mazda dealership and have them installed at our location, they're covered by the replacement parts and accessories warranty. This warranty is of the same length as the new-vehicle limited warranty and also includes Mazda accessories installed by a certified Mazda dealership like ours before the retail delivery of your new Mazda vehicle. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any properly installed Mazda part or accessory found to be defective in material or workmanship.

24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance

If during the new-vehicle limited warranty period your car cannot be driven because of a warrantied part failure, towing service to your nearest Mazda dealership will be provided free of charge. The same is true if the car cannot be driven due to the failure of a warrantied powertrain component during the Mazda powertrain limited warranty coverage period.
