New Model Coverage
All new Mazda vehicles come with warranty coverage, which is outlined in your warranty information booklet. They each include a New Vehicle Limited Warranty, which is good for up to three years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first). This coverage protects you if there are any defects in your vehicle due to its original parts and craftsmanship. New models also include a Powertrain Limited Warranty for up to five years or 60,000 miles.
Roadside Assistance Program
You’ll always have the peace of mind of 24-Hour Emergency Roadside Assistance. It also lasts for up to three years or 36,000 miles. If your vehicle is inoperable due to a warranted failure, we’ll provide towing service to the nearest authorized Mazda dealer. For powertrain issues, Roadside Assistance lasts throughout the duration of your Powertrain Limited Warranty.
MAZDA Parts Warranty
Specific Mazda parts and accessories have their own warranty coverage. For example, if you purchase a new part from a Mazda dealer, you’ll be protected with a Replacement Parts and Accessories Warranty, which lasts for up to 12 months or 12,000 miles. Other parts, such as Mazda Brake Pads and Shoes, come with a lifetime limited warranty. This information is also outlined in your information booklet.
